This is just fantastic work. I've been following on your Deviant Art page and can't wait for the rest of the set to roll out. Love the usage of the Amanda Conner artwork. I'm hoping Harley Quinn has Amanda Conner artwork too, as I love her current look, but my guess is you'll be using her original costume.

You can put her on any Location with a Superman Affiliation, and Supergirl is on the Fortress (and will also likely be on a future Smallville Location), so there you go.

OP3 uses different rules on Homebase/Team Building, as well as several other tweaks to the game in an attempt to improve it.  it does in some ways, but it requires you to adjust your deck building habits, just like any rules changes would.
check him out on deviantart - overpower-3rd - and its all there.

by the way, steve... when are we going to see some cards from you?  you've posted a number of good ideas over the years.  why not justa join in on the fun?

its been a couple years since i payed attention....i wont get into why....i do love OP3
