I don't have any of the Onslaught mission cards. I've watched them on eBay for a few weeks and I've seen them sold individually for between $5 and $10 each and now as a set for around $44. Are these prices fair?

Does someone have a spare set they are willing to part with for less or by trade?  It'll still be two weeks before I get to my collection to see what worthwhile items I would have to offer in trade.

$30-40 seems fair for the set, that's how much I paid for my first. I have 3 extra cards from the set that I might consider parting ways with.

And of course, the Onslaught Missions will be a featured prize at our upcoming tournament, so feel free to nag the winner of those for a trade! :D

How were these originally available? I know the Onslaught cards were promotional, but I'm not clear on how they were distributed.

They were mail-in offers from the IQ packs I think. You can also get them from Marvel Ultra Onslaught packs.

Good luck getting those packs for cheap, I've been hunting around and boxes haven't went lower than $50. The other chase cards in them are very valuable.

According to the IQ packs themselves, it appears the mail-aways were intended to be non-foil versions of the missions, but those don't seem to exist, so it appears they just mailed the foil ones out as well.

I need two of them, but I think I have a duplicate of one of them still.

I believe I have 4, 6 and 7 spare. And yes, the IQ packs said they'll mail out non-foil ones but I have no idea if they just decided to mail out the foil ones, 1997 was too early for me.
