Without actually counting, I'm gonna say 80. Might be 77, but I don't think that 77 included Adam Warlock, Galactus and Doppleganger.

I'm thinking unique would rule out the Hillshire Farms cards.

In that case, I think it's 73. The first three sets plus Galactus, Doppelganger and Adam Warlock.

Well in that case I have no idea. I just counted on the checklist and there are only 73 3-stat characters, so I'm missing something.

I guess if you remove Banshee, Storm, Cyclops and Jean Grey, who all have the same stats, plus Doctor Doom and Iron Man for the same reason, you'd have 67.  If that's not what you are getting at with your "unique" descriptor, I don't know what else you could mean.

Well I'm pretty sure the Hillshire Farm dupes have the PowerSurge 'halo' around the stats, so that would add Doc Octopus, Hobgoblin, Rhino, Spider-Man and Venom, so 73+8 = 78.
