The purchase of a new computer is a daunting task for many as computer companies are more concerned with volume than they are with customer satisfaction. For large companies, this is just common sense. At Been Here and There Computer Systems, however, we offer quality and service that will exceed our competitors at prices that match or best other brand new PCs. There are several ways we achieve this.
First, our overhead for advertising, marketing, partnerships, and nation-wide support are tremendously lower. This money goes back into the quality of the products and services as well as a savings for the customer. We will make you a custom machine that meets your needs rather than one that empties our warehouses.
Second, we do never play numbers games with our customers. It is our job to keep up on the latest technology, not yours. We build you a computer with the best balance of the latest technology and money-saving sense. We do not expect you to understand the difference between and Celeron 2.0 GHz and a Celeron D 2.0 GHz. We offer computers that are designed to complete tasks. If you do have a specific amount of RAM, hard drive space, processor speed, or other component, we will, of course, work with you to get you what you want. You never have to know these things though. You will purchase a computer that will do what you want it to do at a price that meets your budget.
Thirdly, we offer services like in home installation and transferring of old files to your new computer at prices the large companies cannot match. This is because we are local and specialized. We even offer services to clean up old PC's to act as a secondary machine that can be used for something like a machine for younger kids to play on to alleviate unnecessary use of the new PC.
Finally, being a local company, we rely on customer satisfaction to stay in business. You will never call us and talk to someone from another country who does not actually know anything about your computer. You will always be supported by someone how knows your machine inside and out and cares about how happy you are with your product.

It is very important not to be fooled by the advertised computers from our competitors. The impossibly low price listed for the computers they use to bait the customer are missing essential parts like a monitor, document creating software, and any kind of mal-ware protection. Also, these computers are made with low-end components that will only disappoint the buyer, especially over time. We build out machines to last and continually return on the initial investment. Still, if a customer insists they want the price they can pay for a cheaper model by one of our competitors, we will build you a comparable machine for the competitor's price so long as we do not have to compromise our barest levels of quality. Also, because the prices offered on these very-low end machines do not include any services, we will only be able to offer a minimal amount of service and support as well. Anyone who purchases one of our regular machines, though, is entitled to our full range of support.
