Just finished another homemade set. I spent a lot of time with test play and fixes, thought I was never been able to finish it... But I am specially proud of this one, because it has lots of brand new characters:

- Adam Strange; The Atom; Batgirl; Bizarro; Black Adam; Blue Devil; Constantine; Cyborg; Deathstroke; Gorilla Grodd; Green Arrow - Oliver Queen; Green Lantern - Guy Gardner; Harley Quinn; Hitman; JLA; JLA Jr.; JSA; Kilowog; Legion of Super-Heroes; Lobo; Mr. Freeze; Oracle; Outsiders; Power Girl; Question; Rogues Gallery; Supergirl - Kara Zor-el; Swamp Thing; Teen Titans; Zatanna and Lex Luthor: Warsuit.

Always wanted to make a Watcher character card, but how to make a character that can only watch ?!

So I finally came with this idea for an Inherent Ability: "The Watcher is not affected by Event cards and may not play any cards offensively. Counts as 12 points for tournament deckbuilding."

- "So what? You just made a dead weight!" Actually the Watcher has an important role, he leaves 64 points available for deckbuilding. So you can build a really strong front line at the price of playing with just 3 active characters.

I know its not such a great advantage, since you could use a 3 grid character like Jubilee and still have 62 points for deckbuilding. And Jubilee can attack and play cards offensively just like any other character. But I had to be loyal to the Watcher concept in comics and I guess the idea adds some fun to the game.

Hope it won't be an issue. The card had not been test played yet. If that causes unbalance, maybe the 12 points sum grid should be reviewed...

Awesome cards man. I was in the process of making my own JLA Jr as the DC counterpart for the X-Babies and low and behold you've already done it! Great job on the cards.
Beta Ray Bill makes a WHOLE lot more sense at Avengers Mansion than Beyonder showing up and helping out during a fight. - breadmaster

Small changes in Penguin and Martian Manhunter's specials, text in EB Specials, some misspelled words and wrong codes.

Love the concept of the Watcher, but I think he should be able to do something else as well - run away to hide or heal!  The possible addition of Specials would make him at least as attractive to use as 3-rank Jubilee.
I was thinking of something along the lines of a BJ (can't be attacked for remainder of battle),  a JB (remove all hits and move to Reserve), an LO (negate Special played against self only), or an AL (remove 1 hit from permanent record).  Maybe some sort of combination of these effects into 2 Specials.  Justa thought I'd float you the idea.
Again, great work, Bios!
