The KD Specials only work with actual Power cards, not Specials that "act as" Power cards (otherwise, EJ would become INSANE with the right KD)

good to know, but yeah, i built a deck theming that if that was legal. :)

expanding on the Apocalypse combo this may also work.






also is this legal or would this miss the timing like the other combo i thought?



creates a +1 everytime, and each deck should have 10-12 activators?

thinking of creating a deck around this. use this on lower level attacks that require a successful hit to gain a great effect. cards with like EG/EJ/LQ/CU/NI/CZ/HY/EM/FI/AL/NT/KB/NW/MU/FH/OB/JN/GM

Great catch! One of these days ill use trickster in a deck. I ew as going through my jla folder yesterday and noticed this card.  I was just thinking about how to get it to hit for sure, then it hit me. If you only have the attack in your hand itll hit for sure.

even in the worst case scenario... say you have a hand loaded with attacks but they get the one that isn't, the card goes into the power pack which can be recycled for later use into deck when you run out of cards





thinking of creating a deck that has control and defense.

could utilize any 2 of these 3 for your frontline to force all attacks to one of the above.

what kind of x-mansion combos would you guys do?

No photos, but a combo that I hit recently that I found some success with was White Queen (AA + JW + 7E) - if you launch it with a battlesite AA it's 18 points, but at 4.5 PPC it leaves you exposed...it could be nice following a big draw or if you can get 2 KO's from it.

The best combo ever landed was 7+3 Basic universe attack for 10 that landed over a 'Avoid 9 or Less' wall deck to kill Spawn. Then Web Headed Wizard was played the next battle, and it used to same combo to kill Spider-Woman.

It's so great, because nobody would of ever predicted someone built a deck with a basic universe in it.

and combined for a 22 c ko
the s.c.u. used their AB special first against character a(because i cant remember who character a was)booster gold and captain marvel were the other 2 teammates

to get the most out of your AE combine specials on your team. if someone is a max 6 or 7, get the artifact on them to get the access to the level 8 power card, then blast your 12 combine double suit to destroy opponent. works best with offsuited combines imho.

so for example... Shadowcat would shine in an Intellect deck... Blob in a usual Strength deck.

the guys that can use the most help with this artifact as well are people with the combines but with a low 1 2 or 3 stat for a combine making it rather useless to run in your deck at all. this gives everyone the boost they need.

There is no excuse, artifacts only give 7 to a stat not 8.

they're also the only 3 who can do that particular combo and cost 57 points
oh and have gambit give image inducers to strong guy(pile it on)
