how would you launch the storm card?

punk storm, crux and maybe 3 grid hawk eye or Mojo for negator on a Beyonder team?

BasiliskFang

ok, so that's a combo only beyonder can do...

Or toss the storm card from a battlesite. She's a fantastic battlesite character.

What about this combo with a Wakanda battlesite.

Hawkeye - Arrow Assault into Crux - Coldforce into Crux - Heatforce into Storm - Xmen Leader.

So u get Four Miltipower-4 attacks in one turn. if any 3 of them hit its a KO.

Or also with the Wakanda battlsite...

Hawkeye - Triple shot into:
Chain 1: - Crux - Heatforce into Crux - Coldforce into Storm - Xmen Leader
Chain 2: Anything as long as it starts with a fighting attack.

Or if you were using a Beyonder deck w/ Crux and Storm there is always the Age of Apocalypse battlesite where you could:

Morph - Amazing Xman into:
Chain 1: Crux - Heatforce into Crux - Coldforce into Storm - Xmen Leader (once again 4 attacks, if any 3 hit its KO. BUT... thats only the first chain)
Chain 2: X-man - Apocalyptic Survival into Beast - Beastial brawn into Shadowcat - Pryde and Wison w/ a 6I power card

Of course that scenario uses your entire hand on one turn... but could do some serious damage to your opponent if they are lacking defense that battle. Its got 2F, 4E/S, 4F/I, 4 S/I, 4M, 4S, 4E+6I attacks all in one turn. You would have to draw a perfect hand for this however. But you can always dream.

But like I said before in this thread earlier, during the end of Ovpowerpower, in the last official sanctioned tournaments when 'The Marvels' cards werent allowed in tournaments (I dont even think the Marvels checklist was even out a this point), the most popular style of decks at the time were the "9 or less wall decks" usually with spawn and spider-woman in reserve. So obviously a 10 attack was almost impossible to block in those decks, unless you could negate it. since these wall decks mostly used any heroes since they were confident in their  9 or less defense capabilities. The most devastating combo ever played against me was when batman killed my spawn with a a 7F power card mixed with a 7+3 basic universe (absolutely unheard of at the time because nobody used basic universe cards in there deck back then, so I never expected it.).  And then in the next round my opponent actually used a web headed wizard to get back his basic universe and threw out another 10 attack to kill my H4H, and you cant negate basic universes, so there was no way to block it. It was the most embarrassing moment of my overpower career for sure. Except maybee for the Norcal Regionals one year when i got greedy and made a huge miss-play and lost in top-8 when i had the game all but locked up. I wont go into specifics on how that happened, but it was the worst play of my career, i got greedy and lost.  I think if i played it smart, and played for the long haul instead of trying to get the win so quick during battle 3, I would of been a real strong position to win that regional. But i got greedy and wanted to win the game quick in round 3, but i should of played more for the long haul on that one, instead of trying to end the game so quick. Still haunts me to this day... that was the best chance i had to win a Major Tournament and I blew it by using my Reavers - Deathstrike on the wrong card. Technically it could of been the right play. My opponent had 40 cards left in his deck, and the only way he could beat me was by drawing that one card he needed in the next battle, and he surely did end up drawing it. The odds were strongly in my favor he wouldnt get it, but somtimes you just get unlucky. Ill never forgive myself for that.

So what do you think about these card combo's i mentioned in this post?

yes sir i like it
of course you always start with an ally card first instead of an activator

and my previous post was just an example of a spectrum ko for a deck that has crux dazzler storm and thor in reserve
the dazzling thunder lightning fire and ice spectacular
heres another
without the additional attack (i still cant see why crux couldnt play into

I've come across several threads that say "chain attacks can't fork"   If an FE special is played teammates can play ONE special and FORFEIT any additional attacks despite card text.  That's what makes Beyonder useful (devastating?).  since ONE character is playing ALL attacks (after ALLY or A-Next ) he avoids the F**king issue... "forking issue".  what did you think I meant?  :P

Tussin

just came across this combo... is this legit? for this special i read they are KO'ed at the end, so it should trigger my draw 2 cards for new warriors? add in Bishop and New Lease on Life to recycle this +2 draw engine?

drdeath25

The character is discarded not KO'd at the end of the battle. Plus, why would you want to draw 2 cards right when a battle ends anyway?

possible avalon combo

something that happened while playing with avalon

none of em hit...but i liked making em

@drdeath25 does this apply or no? CK

Meta #96: Characters resurrected via a Special are automatically K.O.'d after the end of the battle. Therefore, if such a resurrected Character is the last Character standing and that Character manages to K.O. the opposing team or complete the team's Mission then that player is the winner.

Rogue can negate their offense/defense from a type, GA can shut down their special defense/offense as well. great shutdown for wanting to finish an opponent off.

possibly an even better lock... can't attack, can't defend, can't special :)

first combo is if you want to send hits to reserve, then use hawkeyes special to negate all those hits, second combo is to do the same thing on front row and hawkeye in reserve to swap and stay alive.

can also be combo'ed with someone that has LG special. also getting an idea to throw in Ripclaw into this for synergy.

Silver Samurai has the same effect built in as Phoenix but stats match better with Hawkeye.
