I'm glad that Scarlet Sppedster will be available for Wally, Jay, and any other lesser Flashes (Iris West, John Fox, Black Flash, etc) besides Barry.  Quite the IA you've given him.

That card actually isn't available to other Flashes.  Just Barry.  It's tough to differentiate between characters with such similar power sets unless I heavily rely on their civilian identities, skills, and personalities.  I don't know how many cards I can make based on Barry being a forensic scientist.  Probably just the one.  So I've got to make some cards exclusive to just him, even if it would make sense others could use them.  I'll be doing the same thing for Wally and Jay.  And just to clarify, his IA means his Energy Power cards can't be avoided, but they can still be defended by other means.  I don't think it's too powerful because you can still just block them.

are you saying that the IA basically translates to "Energy power cards may not be defended by a card with the word "avoid"?  Power card defense is allowable?  (I guess its a terminology thing - defense/avoid/block.)
