What is fair price for buying Witchblade?

How much would you pay for Witchblade and a set of her specials? She is a character I want to acquire but I have no idea what fair market value is.
"Excelsior!" - that one old dude who shows up in all the Marvel movies.

I'd say that witch blade would cost $25-$30 because her OPD the chosen is very rare and typically sells for $20 alone, the rest of her cards including her character card are generally pretty cheap.

Why is The Chosen so much rarer than other rares? Curious what happened there.

The chosen was only found in the booster packs and the image set got a very limited printing unlike the other sets which probably got printed 10 to 20 times more. The rest of witch blades cards can be found in the starter decks which were easier to find than the boosters.
