So why don't you buy it?  Then you could sell both of them at $800 and make a huge profit!

Well, I don't know if I'm selling it for DIRT cheap, but it's certainly priced to sell.  And why not?  It's not a load-bearing box that is holding up my closet.  I can't have intimate relations with it (Lord knows I've tried, cuz an unopened Image box IS pretty sexy), and girls just aren't impressed by a man with multiple complete Image sets.

I came into a couple of them, and rather than just sit on them (figuratively, of course.  Believe it or not, they aren't actually that comfortable), I'd would rather sell them and put them back out in the OP community.  I'm sure that I could sell it at a price that is somewhat higher than what I have it listed at, but I got them at a discounted price, so I'd like to offer them out to others at a discount too.  My part in keeping Overpower alive!

All I asked for those that I sold Individual Packs to was for them to let me know what Rares they came across (I like to know what was in the packs).  For those that buy a box and wanna sell off anything, gimme first crack at whatever they want to sell.  Seems fair in my mind :-P

@ Bradness, if you do ever find a woman impressed with multiple complete Image sets, you lock that chick down!  She's a keeper.  lol

I just opened my last image booster box and it was total sh!T no good cards at all. I have a feeling that the box was resealed because when I took of the cellophane wrapping the cards jumped around in the packs and the packs also smelled like super glue. Boy I am really pissed off.

I can't trace the box at all because I bought it at a comic con.

I hate feeling the gut feeling off rip off crap!

I hope the guy who sold me this box reads this as I call him a big fat loser liar and a cheat. Yeah that's right. you bastard!

I'm still looking for a brand new image box factory sealed but I am no longer buying them from trolls on ebay who sell with no info or hide their sales to tell me that they are selling boxes as an estate this is not a auction for home.

How is that guy a liar when he has perfect feedback and posted pictures of the packs?

@NinjaGaiden2: why are you posting on multiple threads about this seller? He's done you no wrong (or has he?). He's got perfect feedback and shows the sealed packs of Image.

If you want to call out potential scammers, start your own thread somewhere (and give reasons why instead off calling them names without any reason!).

and even in the event of any scam, i have heard ebay protects buyers very well, even when sellers don't list and deliver on what they promised in the bid, even if they failed to accurately list the details.

I am just trying to save you all from making a big mistake I'm aware that he is a fake and feed back may be modified. Ebay deletes negative feed back from sellers if they have a online store and pay for it. Some helfpull tips so you all know accounts may be purchased on ebay with 100% feed back. There are programs that work with ebay that you may download the delete negative feed back and add hundreds or thousands of positives if you pay for it. I'm just saying don't be naive. I won't post anything else since you think he's good.

Don't say I didn't warn you.

eBay has excellent buyer protection, you said so yourself in another thread. I'm just trying to make sense of your comments; in one thread you refuse to deal with someone on the boards directly and praise eBay as the only place to make a safe purchase, while in this thread you advise of some grand conspiracy in which store fronts can bribe eBay to remove feedback, and accounts with trumped up feedback are bought and sold on a daily basis.

I run a store on eBay, I've sold product for almost 15 years and believe me when I tell you that it's not as easy as paying eBay to remove negative feedback. The very few negative feedbacks I've received in my time on eBay were over ticky-tack things and always involved small purchases (under $25) and I have two on there now that eBay will not remove, even though I followed protocol and the buyer had their account for two months and likely created that account after being kicked off eBay in the past. Buyers on eBay have great power, I've had to primarily stick to selling higher end product because I was tired of wasting time and money dealing with the clowns that were giving me headaches over a $10 CD or whatever.

As for the current seller, I think his problem is poor presentation, which is often the root of failure on eBay. He likely acquired those cards as he indicated, via estate sale, which could mean a number of things. My guess is he bought the contents of a small store or a private collection that just happened to include some OverPower product. Personally I would not pay $550.00 for a box that is clearly not sealed and for packs of a product that the seller has little to no knowledge of, but that's just me. I don't think that makes the guy a fraud, but I do think you just have to be cautious, ask questions and trust the eBay process as a buyer, because it's invariably in your favor.

i messaged the dude until he added pix of the packs. he seemed nice.

NinjaGaiden2

Well that's a relief but I still don't trust him.

We will see I guess.
